Some of us don’t feel comfortable joining group sessions and rather have a private class, why not?

In what language are the online sessions given?

At present we offer online sessions in English, French and Hebrew so let us know and we’ll take care.

No matter where you are, you can book a class with us, we are happy to assist your meditation practice.
