Loneliness is hard on you? Feels like something is missing? Being “alone” frightens you?

If all these questions arouse an unpleasant sensation in you, if the thought came-up and you want to feel less lonely, you have come to the right place.

You are invited to join an embracing journey, together we will learn to navigate moments of solitude.

Together we set to uncover inner perfection.

A good investigation always starts with a definition

To every individual a world of definitions, what is loneliness to you?

In the workshop we will try to take-apart the concept, and attempt to find out what it represents.

We will examine, in what ways “we” encourage the rise of loneliness in our lives and how it affects us.

Wisdom directs us to explore the world of perceptions, which governs everything.

We will try to identify our false perceptions about the relationship with have with loneliness itself.

After we have made space, and things are clear, we will set to together to drive-out the fear of being alone.

This journey we do not travel alone

This road we take as one body because working as a group gives us strength.

Together, we will learn from one another, we will come to recognize our similarities and our differences.

Equipped with the tools of meditation, we will embark on an inner journey of self-discovery into the authentic self.

We will try to uncover the “missing” parts that feed moments loneliness.

We will explore the overt and covert messages associated with loneliness, learn to recognize the emotions they invite and how they motivate our life.

The art of living is in one’s ability adapt to external conditions, wisdom comes to turn the difficulties we face into an infinite source of understanding.

Everyone knows loneliness

Every human being feels loneliness at times

The feeling is universal, viewed by many as a disease that the technological age did not predict.

And it takes a toll on everyone.

So what do we do when loneliness arises? We learn to make friends with her, to recognize the positive potential concealed within.

Through the practice of meditation, we will develop a new attitude, which will help us change our relationship with ourselves.

We will adopt a new term, “Aloneness”, a feeling of presence, of wholeness, of vitality, of joy that one feel when one is complete.

So you can say “I’m alone and I’m happy”

Loneliness threatens your peace of mind?
